The Board of Directors asks that all owners and residents be cognizant of the rules governing La Contessa, as they are in place for the betterment of the Community.
Beginning in May 2019, our new management company, AMCOR, will be noting units that are not in compliance with the community rules and guidelines. Notices for non-compliance will be sent to the unit owner. The following are some of the items that will result in a non-compliance notification:
➢ No colored string Lighting is permitted on patios/balconies. Only white lights are permitted.
➢ Charcoal and propane BBQ grills are only permitted in townhomes, not condos. They must be pulled 15 feet away from the townhome for use.
➢ Only electric grills are allowed within the condo units.
➢ Bicycles are not to be chained, tied, tethered to anything in the common area. If this occurs, the restraint will be cut and the bicycle disposed of.
➢ Hoses need to be stored out of sight.
➢ Minimize the exterior pots, decorative items visible on your porch, patio or balcony. More than 4 flower pots, is excessive.
➢ Renting your unit? You must complete the La Contessa Tenant Registration form and submit the $25.00 registration fee, payable to La Contessa.
If you should receive a letter from AMCOR referencing a violation of the above (or any other rule or restriction), we urge you to immediately remedy the same or contact Jill Rieke with any questions.
